I'm currently the Global Experiences Production Lead at Airbnb Experiences, where I lead a team that designs and delivers high-touch, culturally resonant experiences that bring people together through travel, art, sport, music and global events including the Olympics, FIFA World Cup, Art Basel, Tour de France, and Lollapalooza festivals. My work sits at the intersection of creativity, human connection, and fun—blending storytelling with thoughtful experience design and enthusiastic hospitality.

Across a career spanning travel, live events, sports, entertainment, future-of-work, and creative technology, I've partnered with influential brands including Airbnb, YouTube, Red Bull, Google, Sonos, Land Rover, and Atlas Obscura. I'm known for building experiences that feel intimate yet scalable, playful yet purposeful, whether launching global brand activations, producing immersive cultural moments, or designing travel adventures.

One of my most meaningful professional highlights was creating a virtual summer camp for kids and their families during the pandemic, creating a joyful, welcoming space where children across the country could connect, play, build community, and express their authentic selves during an isolating time—be sure to ask me about my camp MC alter ego Maestro Hesh.

My professional philosophy is deeply shaped by personal roots: a lifelong athlete, a fourth-generation San Franciscan, and a product of a family legacy tied to hospitality, arts, and community gathering. These influences inform my belief that the most powerful experiences are built with intention, warmth, and care.

When I'm not building memorable experiences, you’ll find me paddle boarding in Sausalito, skiing in Tahoe, wandering in the woods, dancing like no one is looking, or floating in beautiful hot springs and swimming holes around the world.

If you’re interested in collaborating to create something awesome, I’d love to hear from you.
